THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the IT systems and infrastructure of our office and contact centre.
- This includes:
- Working in partnership with our Global Teams across application and infrastructure projects to optimise operations in the use of our Sales and Service tools including our dialler application.
- Woking with our Support Team and Partner to identify analyse and resolve billing issues.
- Managing the local IT team, equipment & suppliers to deliver high quality IT services.
- Managing the local network and voice infrastructure.
- Ensure global Information Security policies and standards are adhered too within the local market.
THE PERSON
- 4+ years’:
- IT leadership experience in managing call centre environments and a good understanding of contact centre operations.
- Experience in managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience in maintaining networks and remote connectivity.
- An understanding of industry best practice & security principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Strong data analysis & problem-solving skills are vital, with the ability to think logically, identify root causes and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
- Experience working in a business environment across global teams.
